The whole machine is designed based on precise formula of heat flow in order for the machine to maximize radiant heat flow. On top of that, it’s also combined with fuel and water suitable for the users. Therefore, the boiler temperature is controlled at a moderate and stable level. The circulation is smooth.

Furthermore, the main heat flow is completely encircled by storage water and the heating surface is large, which leads to excellent absorption and circulation of heat flow. The boiler water level is installed in the lower part, enlarging the steam storage capacity. The heat content of steam is greatly increased through heat recovery of heat flow. Durability
Since the boiler temperature is moderate and stable, the burning is smooth. The heat exchange load for each pipe per unit is thereby reduced, actual heating surface enlarged, boiler water concentration largely reduced and even. Safe
Steel pipes used are the pipes mainly designed for boilers. They are out of injected-molding without the welding of plates. Therefore, it’s high pressure and temperature resistant, and has good heating conduction. It does not have problems like material change from welding, or inferior welding or stress concentration, which lowers their resistance to pressure. Even the operational neglect or machines malfunction will not cause explosion. So, it’s 100% safe.

燃燒機置於爐體下方，掀開檢查維修保養容易，能確實掌握搶修時效，且煙囪出口設計在爐體上方，人員不致因疏忽而燙傷，室內溫度更不致提高，影響舒適，創造便利、良好之工作環境。

Easy maintenance
The burner is installed on the lower end of the boiler. It’s easy to open the burner for checking, periodic maintenance and timely repair during emergencies. Also, the chimney vent is installed on top of boilers. Repair men will not get burned in case of any negligence. It will not affect the working environment by increasing inside temperature.
